Returns Policy
At Burleigh Essentials, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your water bottle bag purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item:

You will receive instructions on how to return your item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Warranty Policy
Burleigh Essentials water bottle bags come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or alterations.
Warranty Claims:
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@burleighessentials.com.au with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
We may request photos or further information to assess the claim.
Warranty Resolution:
If the product is deemed defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, at our discretion.
Reasons not covered under warranty include:
Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or deterioration resulting from everyday use. This includes marks or staining of material.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, spills, or other accidents.
Misuse or Neglect: Damage due to improper care, maintenance, or use outside of intended purpose.
Unauthorised Repairs or Alterations: Issues arising from repairs or modifications not performed by Burleigh Essentials.
Exposure to Extreme Conditions: Damage from exposure to extreme/excessive temperatures, water, chemicals, or direct sunlight.
For warranty claims approved within the first 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs. For claims approved after 30 days, customers may be responsible for shipping costs.
Exchanging a Faulty Item:
If you receive a faulty item and wish to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@burleighessentials.com.au.
We will provide instructions for returning the faulty item and will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once the faulty item is received and inspected.
